Apartment of Frank Lloyd in New York
While overseeing the construction of one of his most iconic creations, the Guggenheim Museum, Frank Lloyd Wright lived in a luxurious apartment at the famed Plaza Hotel and Residences in New York City from 1954 to 1959.
Now the most recent owners are the editor of DuJour magazine Lisa and her husband James Cohen, and their new residence is flush with romantic memories and Art Deco–inspired glamour.
Now, the interiors boast bright, window-lined rooms, 13-foot ceilings, Venetian plaster walls, hardwood and stone flooring, and custom-made moldings.
