The opulent high-rise condominiums are slated to open their doors in 2020 featuring two lobbies designed by Karl Lagerfeld, reflecting the designer’s exquisite style and eye for detail, with custom features, finishes and furnishings. Conceived by the Trump Group, The Estates at Acqualina set a high bar, aiming to be the world’s finest residences and a celebration of Art, Architecture and Life.
“I am excited by the opportunity to design the lobbies of The Estates at Acqualina and take great pride in knowing that the spaces I create will be such important spaces in the building,” stated Karl Lagerfeld in the press release. “My designs are inspired by the look of each lobby, the building and the destination of Florida especially. The climate is very warm there and I wanted something fresh.”
When complete, the Estates will be composed of two 50-story towers with a total of 256 luxurious residences. Not only do the residences come complete with the finest materials, such as imported stone countertops, 11 foot ceilings and smart home technology, but they are also delivered fully furnished and completely move-in ready.
The 5.6 acres of lush grounds will make residents never want to leave. A private beach and beachfront restaurant are coupled with multiple infinity pools, gardens, a basketball court, soccer field and dog park. And just in case you do feel like leaving, feel free to borrow the in-house Rolls-Royce.
Along with the two towers and grounds, the Estates at Acqualina will also include Villa Acqualina, an amenity wonderland including a spa, movie theater, bowling alley, ice skating rink and world-class restaurant. Residents of The Estates will also have full access to the neighboring 5-star Acqualina Resort & Spa.
Glorious amenities aside, the highlight of the Estates at Acqualina is the prestigious top fashion designer who will leave his mark on the interior design world.
