Before he dabbled in perfume, Philippe Starck began his career in design in the 1980s.
A collaboration with Spanish group Perfumes y Diseño, the three eau de toilettes range from ‘Peau de Soie’, ‘Peau de A’llieurs’ and ‘Peau de Pierre,’ and embody unique olfactory impressions, such as the scent of “elsewhere” in ‘Peau de A’illieurs’.

Starck’s collection includes three eau de toilettes, ‘Peau de Soie’, ‘Peau de A’llieurs’ and ‘Peau de Pierre’.
“The essence of a perfume is science, chemistry and the combination of so many different things, the science is a beautiful magic perpetuated everyday by the genius of the human race,” said Philippe Starck in a released statement.

Starck is known for his simple but inventive structures, like the famous ghost chairs.
This will be Starck’s first venture into the world of perfumery, making a name for himself as a famous French furniture designer. The design roots of Philippe Starck are evident however in the fragrances distinctive and fluid bottle design.

These luxury limited edition fragrances will be available for purchase next month, but don’t expect to find them anywhere. With only 100 of each scent, “Parfums Starck Paris” will be exclusively sold at Neiman Marcus.
