Sasha says that she basically grew up surrounded by Versace making this collaboration a perfect fit. The propose this exhibition was to connect the 80’s and 90’s Versace fashion with the home collection. So, Sasha Bikoff created individual settings that showcase reinterpretations of pieces from past Versace Home collections with references to the brand’s materials and identity.
The Collections
Sasha Bikoff and Versace have one thing in common: both are known for their ability to create new pieces combining art-historical styles across eras. The result of this collaboration is a new home line of five capsule home collections: Pop Medusa, Medusa, Rhapsody, Logomania, and Jungle.
The line offers pieces from the bedroom to dining to living room, and guess what…for the first time, Versace will offer an outdoor collection (Jungle)! But some of the furniture fits perfectly for both outdoor and indoor spaces, like the Pop Medusa Chair. The exhibition displayed a fantasy world of neon islands and floating clouds.

The exhibition is set at the Versace Palazzo on Via Gesù. Usually, the palazzo is not open to the public, however, for this special event during Milan Design Week, it opened its doors. But only a select few will get to see Sasha Bikoff and the mesmerizing Versace collection live. A limited number of tickets were available and they sold out almost immediately!
