Alexandra Soveral, founder of the London-based unique beauty brand SOVERAL, adapted this ancient art with modern day science by developing essential oils from a UK distillery that offers natural and responsibly farmed oils. The Four Seasons New York Downtown partnered with Soveral to develop the Aromatherapy Blend Bar and Bespoke Aromatherapy Experiences for their spa to incorporate these fabulous naturally created oils. Offering a completely bespoke experience for their clients.

After enjoying The Spa’s beautiful amenities and waiting room, a specialist well versed in the Soveral essential oils works with you to determine your own bespoke blend. This blend is then used throughout the massage experience. An array of questions help you and the specialist determine what combination your body most needs and will react well to. What sort of things cause you stress, and pain. What your body or mind is currently lacking.
During the blending phase of the experience, you also have the opportunity to smell each of the nine essential oils from the in-Spa Aromatherapy Blend Bar to see how your body and mind react. The options of oils include; Wild Oman Frankincense, Madagascar Ylang Ylang, High Altitude French Lavender, Tuscany Bergamont, Italian Mandarin Zest, Wild White Patchouli, Blue Gum Eucalyptus, Nepaless Mountain Peppermint, and Roman Chamomile. The end result, a perfect combination of oils to improve your mind, body, and soul. The perfect addition to your massage!
