What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Laughter, family, and the feeling of peacefulness. But if we are being real, a big bowl of strawberries and Nutella with a good old Lifetime movie.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My three daughters and raising them to be independent strong women.
What profession does your alter ego have?
A journalist for the fashion section in Cosmo 😉
The project you will never forget.
My first project in California, this was a market I had always wanted to tap into, and I couldn’t have asked for more perfect clients or home to work on. All while enjoying the beautiful city of LA.
Your favorite business tool or resource.
Instagram hands down. So much inspiration and information from that one little app. It reaches the world, and that right there gives so much inspo, from home decor to fashion, it’s a great tool for all.
The most timeless design.
A clean gray, white and black palette with only subtle pops of color.
The biggest design faux pas.
Trying to match everything! It’s an absolute no-no. Mixing fabrics and different color hues make the design. Also not a fan of matching all of the furniture pieces from the same line, it takes from the overall look.
Your design motto.
Live stylishly! Your home should show your personality and be a space that represents YOU!
If you were to design a room around one KOKET piece, which would it be, and why?
Definitely the Serpentine mirror. It has so much character in such a small piece. It is a statement piece and a timeless edgy design.
