Haute Couture FW 2021-2022 ♡ KOKET Furniture

At the beginning of July, Paris was once again the scene of great Fashion Shows from our favorite Haute Couture brands for the Fall Winter 2021-2022 season. The runways were flooded with talent and beautifully constructed pieces. But some really made our jaws drop. In fact, some of this season’s pieces really made us instantly think of items from our beloved publisher KOKET. Let’s be reminded how art is limitless and impossible to put into a designated box!
Our Favorite Creations from Paris Fashion Week Haute Couture F/W 2021 – 2022, & The KOKET It Reminded Us Of
Chanel
Chanel is a cult favorite for sure and, as always, the runway did not disappoint! All classics with a twist and lovely colors to brighten up any gloomy day. Furthermore, as for the gowns, tulle, feathers, and chiffon seem to be huge trends.

This white floral tulle dress could not remind us more of the ravishing Spellbound Bar Cabinet from KOKET (especially since this dress is runway ready as much as it is ‘Kocktail‘ ready after the show!).
Fendi
This year’s haute couture runway was inspired by Rome and all of its glory. From the mosaic designs interlaced with different aspects that resemble the classic art to the beautifully constructed jewelry. Kim Jones really went all out for this second collection of his for Fendi. However, what really grabbed our attention was the tulle used. It created layers of divine fantasy. On the other hand, the ornaments were key to conjure the beauty of the Eternal City.
This beautiful floral dress reminded us of the outstanding Fleur Nightstand for its delicate flower paneling. As well as its magnificently thought-out creamy color palette.
Schiaparelli
“We’ve had so many requests from clients who come looking for this irreverent grandeur that we’ve been doing,” said Daniel Roseberry. This collection is a mixture of fun concepts, amazing fabrics, and a whole lot of talent! Its pièce de résistance is the incredible lung-inspired gold ornament gown that stole the spotlights when worn by Bella Hadid at the Cannes Film Festival.
KOKET is all about gold artistry, just like we can see in the magnificent Nymph Sconce. Both are crowned with elegant detailing and craftsmanship.
Elie Saab
Elie Saab always hits with the most beautiful gowns and, this Haute Couture Week, it wasn’t different. One of our favorite pieces was this beautiful feathered gown. It has the most opulent pops of color and embellishments. To say that it is a statement is an understatement since it talks volumes of the incredible talent of Elie Saab.
This amazingly colorful dress would go perfectly with KOKET’s Empowering Fragrance, it truly is a match made in heaven!

Zuhair Murad
After a difficult time with the explosion that devastated Beirut last year and the pandemic that we are still fighting to this day, Murad came back and delivered a glamorous collection of gowns and different pieces to a small audience in Paris.

The dresses transported us to a different dimension full of depth and sensuality, just like the infamous Caprichosa Sofa.
Giambattista Valli
We got all chic vibes around the stunning pieces from Giambattista Valli! The runway flooded with dreamy tulle dresses, draped chiffon gowns, and bright pastel colors to die for. The inspiration for the collection came as a shock to some since it supposedly was American Horror Story, a horror Netflix show. Regardless of what made the designer’s head turn, the pieces are as beautiful as they are magical.
And it was its magical aura that made us unable to stop thinking about KOKET’s Drapesse Chair.
Azzaro
Azzaro’s show brought all the bling to the runway with that 70s disco era and the signature sensual dresses. The energy of these creations really was the powerhouse at Paris Fashion Week. Embellished suits, oversized suits, and more… suits! This Maison took haute couture back in time for the unapologetic retro times.
The Azzaro Couture collection was like looking into a mirror, well, KOKET’s at least!
Christian Dior
The new Dior Haute Couture FW 21/22 collection represents an emotional response to the incredible fight between couture and all the people who work in the industry. On the runway, tweeds and the stitch-work came together to, once again, prove the power and creativity of the Maison.

But, for us, the hit really was the celestially constructed gowns. And our favorite for this haute couture look brings up the peacock energy as much as KOKET’s Iridescent Peacock Feathers, a gorgeous textile to renew any room.
Iris Van Herpen
Meanwhile, metamorphosis was the motto for the Fall/Winter Haute Couture Collection, and, as it is known of the designer, in all looks there’s a lot to unveil. Layers of meaning, fabric, and details come together to defy the limits of art and fashion.
The cycle of life and transformation represented in Iris Van Herpen’s designs can also be noticed in KOKET’s Mademoiselle Armoire. The exquisitely detailed gold butterfly evokes transformation in all rooms where it sits.

Behind the Scenes: The Art of Haute Couture
Armani Privé
At 87, Armani is still turning heads with his divine creations. This year, the Haute Couture FW21 collection is titled “Shine”. And, although these past years haven’t been easy on the designer, the newest pieces were seen as a rebirth of the luxury fashion brand.

This unique tone of mint made us think of the splendid Merveille Dining Chair, perfect to pamper any dining room this summer.
Aelis
Next, big gowns all the way with Aelis! Sofia Crociani was inspired by the beauty of Tuscany’s fresh meadows, and taffeta was the fabric used to recreate such a beautiful scene. An instant haute couture favorite!

Millicent Chaise has the same color intensity as our favorite Aelis gown, both conjure sensuality and mystery.
