Dark stained oak parquet floors and traditional moldings maintain the Victorian home’s roots while a stunning contemporary console, wall of butterflies, and a contemporary red chandelier bring playful modern glamour to the entryway—the mood of the home is set!
In the living room, the family’s collection of antique leather and hand-painted clothbound books is beautifully displayed accented by perfectly appointed accessories in custom bookshelves.
Oh, this kitchen! From the Tiffany Blue Amazonite stone island and dark moody cabinets to the vintage brass chandelier and custom painted ceiling gold ceiling, this kitchen exudes glamour while remaining wonderfully cozy.
Rich layers of textures and finishes flow from dining room to kitchen to family room creating singular yet united spaces in this open floor plan.
A stunning Asian inspired silk paneled wall in the family room brings another layer of interest and allure to this comfortable and simultaneously decedant luxury interior.
Upstairs the glamour continues in the master bedroom, starting with these ornate double doors!
Trilbey told Livingetc magazine, “I wanted it to be sexy and a bit eccentric, elegant but a bit rock ‘n’ roll”—mission accomplished!!
