From the moment I arrived, the InterContinental Cascais-Estoril captivated me with its contemporary design and serene ambiance. The sleek architecture, characterized by clean lines and expansive glass windows, draws the beauty of the surrounding coastline in. With its prime location just a short walk from the Estoril Casino and the vibrant Cascais Marina, the hotel offers just the mix of serenity and exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, with such remarkable amenities on-site, it was easy to forget about leaving the hotel. From the fabulous pool to the indulgent spa treatments, the hotel caters to every aspect of a luxurious stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had the pleasure of staying in the King Classic Ocean View Room, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Designed with soothing tones of white and soft neutrals, the room exuded a sense of calm. The colors were a delightful complement to the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed vista, allowing me to truly appreciate the beauty of the coastline. The private balcony was the real highlight of the room, where I could sit and listen to the gentle sound of the waves\u2014a peaceful retreat in every sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel offers a selection of national and international delicacies of superior quality, each meal enhanced by a curated selection of over 100 wines. This extensive wine list makes every dining experience feel unique, allowing guests to pair their meals with the perfect vintage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel\u2019s buffet breakfast, which continued the high standard tone of my visit so far. The spread was extensive, offering a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. From freshly baked croissants and pastel de nata (Portuguese custard tarts) to cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruits, the offerings were both diverse and delicious\u2014made-to-order options like eggs, pancakes, and smoothies allowed for a personalized touch. While I left several of the hotel\u2019s dining options unexplored, it\u2019s clear that the InterContinental Cascais-Estoril offers a range of exceptional gastronomical experiences.
