(A fact I know first hand as her first official employee!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, as the founder &amp; CEO of the By KOKET Group, an umbrella encompassing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bykoket.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">handmade luxury home decor<\/a>, this magazine, a branding agency, an interior design firm, and an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myobjectofdesire.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">e-commerce boutique<\/a>, Janet Morais offers a special place for women to learn and grow in business both as employees and through her internship program. While her designs empower through their statement, feminine vibes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-passion-for-empowering-women-in-business-amp-design\"><strong>A Passion for Empowering Women in Business &amp; Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Passion has driven Janet\u2019s life journey to date\u2014a passion for art, design, and craft, but also for growth, comradery, solidarity, and working with women to support the future of women. For some of us around the world, equality feels within reach, or perhaps like reality, but in many places, and much more really in fact, women, as a global group, are not equal. And in some areas, equality is non-existent; there are still places where women have no rights. Women like Janet Morais, whose focus is empowering women in business and through design, give hope\u2014a hope for a bright future filled with love and beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Passing on years of knowledge to the future generation and learning from them daily is one of my greatest passions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Across Janet\u2019s businesses in the United States and Portugal, a team of women dominate. Yes, men also work at KOKET, and Janet empowers them just as much as women; however, the female energy is strong!
