There are so many options, you don&#8217;t want to choose the wrong one, and you want to have them all!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With so many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lovehappensmag.com\/blog\/2023\/04\/02\/the-best-streaming-services-for-2023\/\">platforms that offer a variety of content<\/a>, it&#8217;s very easy to become overwhelmed by the choices quickly. Do you pick the one with the biggest selection of movies, or do you go for the one with the best kids shows? It&#8217;s much easier to find the perfect family-friendly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartmove.us\/streaming\/services-listing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">streaming service<\/a> when you look at our tips below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-check-the-content-for-all-ages\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.commonsensemedia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Check the Content for All Ages<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When it comes to streaming services, you must choose the one that suits the whole family. That means children and adults alike should be accounted for. You have to make sure that when the kids go to bed, there&#8217;s something that you can settle down in front of. Netflix and Disney+, for example, are fantastic because they cater to all age groups. There are plenty of streaming services that have free trials for you to try before you buy so you can browse the library and see if it has the shows or movies your family actually likes to watch. The big risk you&#8217;re going to have is choosing to pay for all of the streaming services so you have access to all of the shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-consider-your-budget\"><strong>Consider Your Budget<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not have the budget to pay for multiple streaming services, so narrow it down to one or two that you can enjoy as a family. Many streaming services do offer affordable plans, especially if you&#8217;re willing to keep adverts on those services. However, the whole point of streaming is to be able to avoid the adverts, so you may want to pay a little bit more to avoid that. Nobody wants to worry about their children accidentally stumbling upon content that&#8217;s far too much or for them. The good news is that most streaming services can offer excellent parental controls and it allows you to include viewing restrictions, remove any TV shows, and customised profiles for different family members. You can even block certain content based on its ratings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-have-a-look-at-your-offline-viewing-options\"><strong>Have a Look at Your Offline Viewing Options<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes you may need a little peace and quiet, especially if you&#8217;re travelling with kids. Check which streaming services allow you to download TV shows or movies so that you can watch them offline if you don&#8217;t have access to the Internet.
