For those looking to enjoy a lively yet laid-back atmosphere, St. Clare Coffee & Bar<\/strong> on the ground floor offers Sunset Sessions<\/a><\/strong> every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday<\/strong>, featuring a DJ and specially curated cocktails<\/strong>. It\u2019s the perfect spot for post-work drinks<\/strong> \u2014 an easy, upbeat escape right in the heart of The City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly Florattica<\/a><\/strong>, the hotel\u2019s stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. This spectacular space<\/strong> offers breathtaking views of London\u2019s skyline, paired with elegant d\u00e9cor<\/strong> and a truly inviting atmosphere<\/strong>. The seating is plush and comfortable<\/strong>, ideal for long conversations over a cocktail or a glass of wine. During our visit, we sampled a variety of dishes from their menu<\/strong>, and every item was a delight \u2014 beautifully presented, full of flavor, and executed with care. And as the holidays approach, the hotel will host a Christmas Day three-course menu with live music<\/strong>, as well as a New Year\u2019s Eve celebration<\/a><\/strong> filled with food, drinks, and live entertainment from 7 pm to 2 am<\/strong> \u2014 perfect for ringing in 2026 in true London style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
