The restaurant, led by Executive Chef Marco Garfagnini, can be found in Dubai\u2019s Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Love Happens had the great pleasure of recently experiencing Vera\u2019s celebration of L\u2019Arte di Vivere\u2014the art of living. Another chic and elegant stop on our adventures around the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inside of Vera Versilia is warm and inviting with its home-away-from-home essence. Colorful paintings line the ivory walls. Meanwhile, intricate vases, stunning sea-inspired d\u00e9cor, and blooming flowers pull your eye throughout the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The color palette is subdued, allowing the gold lighting from above to glisten over guests\u2019 heads. Vera\u2019s atmosphere perfectly blends traditional with contemporary\u2014just like its dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Vera, every dish tells a story. From its use of local ingredients, bold flavors, and nod to Italian ancestry, Vera Versilia is refreshing yet familiar in the heart of Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exquisite seafood, the immersive Chef\u2019s Crudo Counter, and the Pasta Lab are key highlights of the Vera experience. During our dinner visit, it was hard to pick what to order. Luckily, with a few recommendations from the staff, we had a chance to explore many delightful tastes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for top favorites, the Capasanta, delectable scallops dressed in citrus and mint; the Arancini di Tonno, a saffron arancini with the most delicious yellowfin tuna tartare; and the Tagliata di Manzo, a perfectly crafted and sliced Wagyu striploin paired with grilled mushrooms. Every bite was so exceptional, we can still taste the delight!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For any professional desiring a special luncheon, Vera offers a Business Lunch\u2014Pranzo di Lavoro<\/em>\u2014every Monday to Friday from 12 to 3 PM. The tailored lunch menu starts at AED 110 per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once Dubai\u2019s sunset ignites during its golden hour, guests can join in Aperitivo Vero<\/em>\u2014where high-quality mixology and delicious bites meet to recreate a popular Italian tradition. Every Monday to Thursday from 4 to 7 PM, guests can relax and unwind with two cocktails and three bites at AED 90 per person. I highly recommend Vera\u2019s very own creation, Forte Dei Marmi<\/em>, a floral cocktail featuring Prosecco, Pietrasanta<\/em>, and rum. Italian classics like Aperol Spritz<\/em>, Negroni Sbagliato<\/em>, and Limoncello Spritz<\/em> are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking for the perfect Saturday feast? Versilia’s Brunch – Ferragosto Day offers a true taste of the Tuscan coast. A tribute to Ferragosto, Italy’s loved mid-summer holiday, this is a wonderful way to spend your weekend with friends and family. Available every Saturday from 12 to 4 PM, starting at AED 390.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vera Versilia was a wonderful experience during our trip to Dubai. From the beautiful decor, warm ambiance, and\u2014of course\u2014the most divine culinary tastes, everything was curated perfectly. Furthermore, the fusion between traditional Northern Italian style with elevated, contemporary techniques truly sets Vera apart from many restaurants in the same vein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
