A decade later, it is Humbert &amp; Poyet\u2019s fourth partnership with Giraudi in designing his <g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\"><g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\">seventh,<\/g><\/g> and arguably most extravagant Beefbar restaurant in Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interior architect and design agency\nHumbert &amp; Poyet, founded in 2005, has quickly become known in the interior\ndesign industry for their timeless, elegant, and luxurious designs. Their\nportfolio spans a wide variety of restaurants, stores, hotels, among other\ninteriors. Originally designed in 1898 by architect Emil <g class=\"gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"7\" data-gr-id=\"7\">Hutre<\/g> and painted by Jules Wielhorski, it was walled in and hidden during World War II to protect the space from Nazis. The rediscovered room, complete with its intricate glass ceiling, became a historical monument, despite being damaged. Humbert &amp; Poyet stepped in to rewrite a piece of <g class=\"gr_ gr_10 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"10\" data-gr-id=\"10\">the space\u2019s<\/g> history: the best artisans were called to execute the restoration, resulting in a truly grand and impressive space that carries with it a patina of a world since long gone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lovehappensmag.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/APR-Beefbar-Paris-Humbert-Poyet-c-Francis-Amiand-26.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"710\" height=\"947\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lovehappensmag.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/APR-Beefbar-Paris-Humbert-Poyet-c-Francis-Amiand-26.jpg\" alt=\"Beefbar Paris by Humbert &amp; Poyet \" class=\"wp-image-30122\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lovehappensmag.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/APR-Beefbar-Paris-Humbert-Poyet-c-Francis-Amiand-26.jpg 710w, https:\/\/www.lovehappensmag.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/APR-Beefbar-Paris-Humbert-Poyet-c-Francis-Amiand-26-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 710px) 100vw, 710px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>With rich green and bronze tones, patterned carpets, cut mirrors, marble detailing, and industrial elements, Humbert &amp; Poyet have breathed new life into the Old <g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\"><g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\">Lamgham<\/g><\/g> atrium, what they call a \u201clove game between sobriety and eccentricity.\u201d With a heavily acclaimed dining experience curated by Beefbar&#8217;s global executive chef Thierry Paludetto and Beefbar Paris&#8217; chef Abriele Faiella to match, Beefbar has already solidified its standing as one of the best restaurants in Paris. Following the completion of the Paris location with all its splendor, next to come is Riyadh, Rome, Tulum, and Luxembourg.
