Love Happens<\/em> had the great pleasure of staying at the WestHouse on a recent trip to NYC and we loved every minute of it!

With 155 bedrooms, 15 suites with separate living rooms and 1 prestige suite, each room at WestHouse continues the public spaces Art Deco vibes while offering cozy master bedroom (vs. guest room!) atmosphere. A number of the rooms offer outdoor terraces and vibrant views of Times Square.

Lh stayed in one of WestHouse\u2019s Luxury King bedrooms. Upon entering the room’s ample foyer space it felt as though we could be walking into our personal apartment. A wall mirror with a shelf for our keys, purses, etc met us. Down a short hallway sat the bedroom and bathroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The large room held a desk, small breakfast table, large flat-screen LED TV and a luxuriously cozy king bed outfitted with New York City\u2019s own SoHo-based Sleep | Studio, a proprietary sleep system of bespoke mattresses uniquely designed to conform to individual body types.

The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it had everything needed and we loved the black glasses! In addition, the delicious bespoke DayNa Decker\u00ae bath amenities and professional hair styling system by ghd\u00ae were nice touches. And while we did not use the service, WestHouse\u2019s exclusive partnership with NOMI Beauty is a fabulous added amenity!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

When it comes to victuals and other hotel amenities WestHouse has taken some creative approaches which continue to amplify their house away from home mission.

Set in the hotel\u2019s warm and cozy lobby is The Den, a speakeasy lounge boasting a bar, library, and fireplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently WestHouse introduced an exciting new concept for this space, called Cocktail Club at The Den. This new happy hour destination features live music, upscale cocktails, and a killer buy one cocktail get one free deal! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop by on Wednesday\u2019s for live music alongside a specialty cocktail of the month from 8 pm – 10:30 pm. Or any day of the week during the same time window to hear the acclaimed jazz group Josh Davis Trio<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
