Based in Singapore, Prestige Global Designs creates and builds luxurious interiors for the finest residences, hotels, restaurants, spas, and offices. Through a combination of customization and ingenious planning, Michael and Jeremy transform spaces into showcases of prestigious living for their discerning clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like the best partnerships, Michael and Jeremy complement each other offering their clients a hybrid of their individual visions and solutions. “Michael and I sometimes have very different thoughts to design but clients love it as they find this candid and sincere,” explains Jeremy. “To our clients, it is like getting the best of both worlds.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trained in London, Michael Ong is an award-winning interior designer known for his mastery of multiple design tangents including modern, classical, and resort-based styles that he seamlessly blends with his signature touch of opulence and luxury. Jeremy Tay began his career in Biotechnology, however, he then chose to follow his heart and passion pursuing his dreams in interior design as the other mastermind behind Prestige Global Designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your idea of perfect happiness?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: Being able to enjoy your work to the fullest. Even though Michael and I have been working in this line for many years, we are still very passionate and excited about every new project, and to me, that is perfect happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your greatest extravagance?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: Our greatest extravagance till now is our new showroom. We are excited about it as it allows us to showcase our creativity in design and details. In addition, we both have our favorite collectibles displayed in our showroom to further add character to the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you consider your greatest achievement?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: Being able to work with numerous projects of varying requirements and nature and getting to know our clients better. Trying out different types of interior styles but still maintaining our \u2018Prestige Global\u2019 touch to the interiors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What profession does your alter ego have?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael: I love to row a boat so perhaps a dragonboater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeremy: For me, I hope to become a singer as I love to sing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project you will never forget.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: It has to be the penthouse at Corals At Keppel Bay because the sea view is magnificent and the smell of the sea is really comforting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your favorite business tool or resource.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael: My drawing board. Whenever I sketch my design, I feel relaxed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeremy: My phone as I love to spend my time looking at pictures for inspiration anywhere and anytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most timeless design.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: Everyone has a different meaning for timeless design. As long as a space is filled with things you love, it will be a timeless design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest design faux pas.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: Not willing to listen to client\u2019s requirements and preferences and insisting on oneself opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Jeremy: Be brave and break rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
