It happens when you least expect it, and in so many ways. This was my client\u2019s first home, and we worked very closely to tailor it to his needs and taste.\u00a0All throughout working on this project, my client and I had an admiration for this Mediterranean-inspired home on the corner of his street.\u00a0About a couple of months after moving into his home\u2014the house on the corner went up for sale\u2026 To make a long story short, we are now finishing up renovating that home, which we have completely transformed as our second project together.
