Let’s agree together, there is no better feeling in the world than living a life that illuminates our human spirit. A life where we exist in a space in which all of who we are is accepted and loved. A life that is open and embracing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We all generally prefer to see ourselves as smart, generous, and kind people most of the time. But the sad truth is, we aren\u2019t always. Not if we\u2019re seeing the world from on a hamster wheel with tunnel vision. Thinking we are all supposed to blend in, think, look and act alike. So if you spend a bit too much time seeing things one way, it\u2019s time to STOP!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The way of living to simply play it safe with the expectation that everyone should fit into a bubble of artificial intelligence, picture-perfect ideologies is not the way to living a deeply liberated, loving, and more meaningful, joyful life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that\u2019s what we want, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So stop with the judgmental thinking of others and start living fully open already. Stop projecting what may be our own insecurities and\/or ignorance onto others. And also stop shadow boxing our demons to truly become our best selves to see the best in others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s more. I\u2019m also here to say\u2014stop running away from yourself. And that starts with the courage of going within and getting honest with ourselves. Honest without wearing rose-colored glasses as a means to disconnect from reality and only see the world, everyone and everything in it (even ourselves) as peachy keen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Truth be told, we live in a world that doesn\u2019t encourage authenticity or see standing in our individuality as a gift. Newsflash, we all bleed red. On our paths to be more whole, judgmentalism only serves as an obstacle and is something that must be counteracted so we can live with more inclusivity. And forge connections with ourselves and others regardless of age, race, body type, wealth status, aptitude, beliefs, gender, and sexual preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we are judgmental we are nitpicking critics, finding fault with other people, ideas, and situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So many people are deeply disconnected by not honoring the truth within themselves and the truth that all humans are created differently, beautifully, powerfully, and uniquely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article isn\u2019t intended to be one of those cookie-cutter \u201chow to\u201d columns, but instead, more so a nutshell reminder that if you are seeing through a filter of black and white beliefs, condemning something or someone as unworthy, inadequate, less than, etc… This really should stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of being busy inflating our egos, protecting ourselves from being vulnerable, and avoiding our own faults, we should get busy being open and self-loving and using that all-powerful force as a conduit to feed an epic frequency into loving all of humankind…in all of its beautiful glory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Above all, we need to accept ourselves, which will, in turn, allow us to be a light more accepting of others. Conversely the more rejecting we are of ourselves, the more rejecting we will be of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, let counteracting the ugly, unhealed, messy parts of our being, disrupting the disconnect of humanity, be the goal towards self-acceptance and love to honor and allow space for all, in the ultimate meaning to truly being human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
