This is especially true if you have a chronic condition like eczema or psoriasis. If you&#8217;re not careful, dry winter weather can worsen these conditions. But don&#8217;t despair! There are a few simple things you can do to help care for your dry skin this winter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-use-a-humidifier\"><strong>Use a Humidifier<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Running a humidifier in your home or office can help add moisture to the air and prevent your skin from drying out. Just be sure to clean your humidifier regularly to prevent mold and mildew growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-moisturise-moisturise-moisturise\"><strong>Moisturise, Moisturise, Moisturise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A good moisturizer can help lock in hydration and protect your skin from the elements. Look for one that&#8217;s oil-based rather than water-based, as this will help create a barrier on your skin that will prevent moisture loss.
