After over a decade of experience working under renowned designers, Williams launched his boutique design firm, Casa Martinez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With offices in Florida and New York, Casa Martinez specializes in residential interiors. Williams is driven by his passion for creating beautiful interiors. He works closely with each client to ensure their unique lifestyle, tastes, and stories are reflected in the design. What is your idea of perfect happiness?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Perfect happiness for me is being able to wake up every day with the opportunity to keep designing the life I want next to my loved ones, my husband Joseph, our little Simone (Miniature black and tan dachshund), my family, my friends, and my incredible clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you consider your greatest achievement?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As a newlywed, being able to call the love of my life My Husband is my greatest achievement so far. I cannot imagine life without him, and I love the family we are creating. He is my Forever!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What profession does your alter ego have?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

My alter ego is a pilot! I\u2019ve always been fascinated with airplanes, ever since I was a kid. I love learning all the details of the aircraft I am flying on and the entire experience from the moment of takeoff until landing. I enjoy flying so much I could do it every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project you will never forget.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The project I will never forget is a modern home located on a corner lot overlooking the beautiful waterways of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This home needed some love to reflect our clients\u2019 personalities and to match the gorgeous views.\u00a0Not only did we accomplish that goal, but we enjoyed the process and collaborations with all our vendors. These are clients who are dear to my heart and whom I consider like family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your favorite business tool or resource.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Cultivating wonderful relationships is extremely important in any business. These relationships are the ones that will be there for you in case you ever need them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most timeless design.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Originality and Flexibility are the perfect adjectives to describe Timeless design! A home should stay true to a client\u2019s style using pieces that will look great on day one and will not look outdated a few years later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest design faux pas.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Not paying attention to the fabric content. You need to know what you are applying to any furniture piece to ensure the durability of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your design motto.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

YOUR home should tell YOUR story!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our publisher, KOKET<\/a>, makes statement d\u00e9cor. If you were to design a room around one of their pieces, which would it be, and why?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

THE OH-LA-LA CHAIR!! First, the name said it all. This chair is a piece of art on its own. I love the softness of its curves and its sculptural shape. This is a perfect example of a timeless piece.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
