At Love Happens, we love finding the most beautifully designed and spectacularly serviced accommodations when traveling! So, for our most recent quest, we turned our attention to Houston, Texas. As we stepped through the doors of the Four Seasons Hotel Houston, a world of sophistication and elegance unfolded before us, clearly marking this hotel’s ultra-premier luxury status!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What came next was an extraordinary experience. One filled with outstanding southern hospitality, a cocktail scene to love, exquisite dining, and luxurious accommodations that define the allure of Four Seasons Houston. Texas Hospitality & Luxury Amenities<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First appearances should always make an impact, which is just what the Four Seasons Hotel Houston lobby does. The warm and welcoming lobby and ground floor amenities of the hotel were designed by the boutique New York-based firm Meyer Davis<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Large windows make for an abundance of natural light. And the floating staircase is a striking and elegant focal point of the layout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Guest Rooms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Four Seasons Houston’s rooms are similarly sleek and stylish in their design. Renovated by Rottet Studio<\/a> in 2021, they are sophisticated and refined without being overly simplistic. Warm wood and color accents make the space welcoming, and the marble surfaces add a distinguished touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Amenities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Four Seasons Hotel Houston guests have no shortage of exciting and enticing activities, from a rooftop pool oasis overlooking the city skyline to a Topgolf Swing Suite offering a virtual golf experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rooftop pool offers a lush and relaxing environment in the urban heart of Houston. While the tasty offerings from the Pool Deck Cafe, poolside games, spa tub, and spacious pool deck make it easy to unwind and pass the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hotel also offers a luxurious Spa and Nail Bar, along with a Fitness center and a unique selection of fitness events offered in private and group settings. Yoga and cardio classes from between 30-45 minutes are offered multiple times and days each week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying the exotic culinary offerings at Toro Toro for dinner, followed by after-dinner drinks at Bandista. Toro Toro’s open and inviting atmosphere and marble wrap-around bar made for a delightful dining atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Described as a Pan-Latin Steakhouse, Toro Toro offers a contemporary Central and South American culinary experience. The menu also includes Asian cuisine, such as sushi and other seafood selections.  With offerings like churrasco steak, Spanish-grilled octopus, and bison tartare, Toro Toro is a must for discerning epicureans!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After dinner, we headed upstairs to Bandista<\/a> for an intimate speakeasy-style cocktail bar that offers a magical specialty cocktail experience. The selection of signature drinks is imaginative and unique in their execution, a true delight! The decor was bright and modern, with a touch of Gatsby-esque charm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We particularly loved the presentation of their Pimm\u2019s Cup, which is served from a porthole vessel. Inside this container, it is infused with fruit and aromatics. The Japanese kumquat gin is an updated and elegant addition to the traditional drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also worth mentioning is the M\u00e9nage \u00e0 Trois, a three-part deconstructed cocktail experience. With a fog of Krigler\u2019s Established Cognac 66, it includes a made-to-order Brandy Alexander ice cream. The kicker is a cognac with a lovely chocolate bouquet. The whole experience is a decadent dessert made in cocktail heaven!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local Attractions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Four Seasons Hotel Houston’s central location makes exploring the city’s attractions effortless. From the Museum District to the Theater District and the upscale Galleria area, it is easy to enjoy the diverse cultural offerings of this dynamic city. Additionally, Discovery Green is just a block from the Four Seasons Houston, a large, welcoming park with beautiful jogging trails and picturesque Kinder Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our stay at the Four Seasons Houston wasn’t just a hotel experience; it was a delightful journey into the finer things in life.
