This March, Cascais, Portugal, will become the meeting point for thousands of women ready to share ideas, stories, and inspiration. From March 6 to 8, the scenic Parque Marechal Carmona will host Woman Summit 2026 – The Festival of Women, an immersive three-day gathering dedicated to celebrating the energy, creativity, and impact of women across society.

Expected to welcome more than 10,000 attendees, the event positions itself as one of the largest European experiences devoted entirely to the feminine universe. But Woman Summit is not simply a conference—it is designed as an urban festival, where meaningful conversations meet creativity, wellbeing, and community.

Across three days, visitors will discover a vibrant program blending talks, roundtable discussions, performances, wellness areas, shopping experiences, and immersive brand activations. The result is a multidimensional environment that invites women to connect, explore new ideas, and celebrate their personal and professional journeys.

A Celebration of Modern Womanhood

Woman Summit 2026 embraces a holistic view of the modern woman, addressing themes that range from fashion, beauty, and lifestyle to entrepreneurship, leadership, health, spirituality, and culture.

The mission is clear: to celebrate International Women’s Day through experiences that empower women to lead their lives, careers, and communities with confidence and purpose.

More than 150 speakers will take the stage throughout the event, sharing insights and stories designed to inspire dialogue and transformation.

Among the confirmed voices are Rita Piçarra, Carlota Leite, Vânia Gabriel, Márcia Santos, Carla Rocha, Mia Ovén, Filipa Leitão, Linda Pereira, Bárbara Barroso, Mafalda Almeida, and Pedro Caramez, alongside many other influential figures from business, media, and culture.

The event also welcomes Fernanda Serrano as its official ambassador, reinforcing the cultural and artistic dimension of the summit. Actress and entrepreneur Marisa Cruz will also present her brand Rhiza, focused on supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

The second day explores the future of work, diversity in technology, and the balance between high performance and wellbeing.

March 8 – Impact, Investment & The Future of Women

Coinciding with International Women’s Day, the final day focuses on financial autonomy, influence, and sustainable leadership. The event will close with the final of the Pitch Competition for women-led projects, spotlighting innovative ideas shaping the future.
