The Manalapan, Florida mansion is named “Gemini” because of the expansive two wings on the Intracoastal and ocean sides of the property. Originally built in the 1940s, the first luxury house was designed by architect Marion Sims Wyeth for the Lambert pharmaceutical family, and then later became the winter retreat for Loel and Gloria Guinness.

Currently, the most expensive house is owned by the Ziff family, scions of the tech publishing world, who reconstructed the house and the property in 2003 with noted Palm Beach architect Edson E. Dailey.
