Before becoming the top interior designer that he is today, Jeff was a professional dancer in the L.A. area—dancing, choreographing, and designing costumes and sets for live industrial shows. He was given the chance to design a room for Eleanor Mondale, which eventually turned into her entire home. Eleanor encouraged him to stick with interior design and introduced him to a wide range of clients in the L.A. area.

His next celebrity client was Ryan Seacrest, commencing the beginning of his notable, celebrity rolodex. However, Andrews doesn’t care to be known as exclusively a celebrity designer. He is more interested in the process and art of design than about his status as a celebrity designer. He treats his clients without distinction and completes each project with the same enthusiasm and perfection.

Although based in L.A., Jeff doesn’t let his surroundings dictate his style, believing, rather, that interior design is universal. Jeff has mastered the ability to create glamorous spaces that are still warm and inviting—the perfect balance that so many of his client’s desire in a home. The interiors that he has designed are perfect for entertaining yet retain a fundamental functionality.

Perhaps no other home represents this perfect equilibrium better than the home of reality TV star matriarch, Kris Jenner. The Jenner residence is the center of a large extended family, the headquarters of a multi-million-dollar family business, and yet also a sanctuary from the public eye. Somehow the home manages to meet all these requirements.

Jeff’s use of neutral colors such as grey, black, and white ground every room in the home, while bold patterns and textured fabrics, wallpaper, and throws add dimension and interest to the space. Color is added very strategically to enhance rather than overwhelm the design. There’s also a sense of cohesiveness which allows the eye to flow effortlessly throughout each room in the house. It’s these qualities and the ability to tweak and bring to life a client’s vision that has made Jeff such a sought-after interior designer.
