Paris is for fashion, September is for Design
September is the month for new beginnings, the arrivals and the definition of new goals. But for design lovers, the agenda for this month can only be full with reminders to book a flight to Paris. The reason is obvious: the capital of fashion will be the capital of design too. The grey tones of the end of the Parisian summer will be erased by the dynamic exhibitions around the city. The gentle flow of Seine will be hand in hand with the pursuit of pleasure to discover new worldwide trends.

The creative environment of Paris is live 365 days a year, but the September corridors of innovation will relight this atmosphere with Maison & Objet, from 7th to 11th of September, and Paris Design Week, from 10th to 16th of September. And because some people say that “new is always better” Paris is also an open door for new talents, with “Now! Le off”: a stage for young creativity in parallel with Design Week. Between exhibitions, thematic walks, meetings, ateliers, business platforms, launches of collections and bridges between the general public and professionals, Design Week will let you meet the best of design, style and originality. The outlines of new collections, the discovery of new objects and the history behind the creations are all fulfilled with stunning expressions. New tendencies of luxury, ateliers of astonishing creativity, decoration in all its forms or new reference points and trendsetters are the coordinates that will guide you into Paris’ dynamics.

From fashion to furniture, from culinary to decoration and from graphic to general design, these days will probably run faster than any time of year. The adrenaline of the design circuits and the permanent invitations into the exhibitors won’t let you keep the Paris map in your pocket. The city of love and the epicenter of new discoveries will certainly leave you speechless, because September is to celebrate the autumn and the falling leaves, but also the growing of talents, design and creativity from the whole world.
