Mario Testino’s racy eye, combined with Carine Roitfeld’s deft styling translated in their luxe, glossy images, catching the attention of infamous Tom Ford. This vivacious and risqué imagery transformed Gucci’s reputation as a sleepy, Italian brand, and raised the bar higher for the talented woman behind the camera.
