SWAN MIAMI DEBUTS AS ONE OF THE BEST NEW RESTAURANTS IN MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT

The Miami Design District is abuzz this December with Miami Art Week, Art Basel, Design Miami/ AND the opening of Swan Miami and Bar Bevy—one of the best new restaurants in Miami! From its glamorous feminine Parisian interior and celebrity creators nightlife entrepreneur, David Grutman and musician and hospitality aficionado, Pharrell Williams to its executive chef Top Chef Europe winner Jean Imbert—is the dining destination in Miami Design District!

Spanning 13,500 square feet and two-stories, the Swan Miami restaurant and Bar Bevy lounge is a charming and effortlessly chic space created by San Francisco- and New York-based interior designer and lifestyle curator Ken Fulk. Inspired by the surrounding Miami Design District neighborhood, Fulk used Art Deco elements combined with soft pink, opal, and jade green to bring the stunning indoor-outdoor restaurant and cocktail lounge to life. The pink-onyx bar is feminine glam galore and the beautiful celebrity illustrations by David Downton covering the walls add a fitting artistic flair to the space.

Upstairs, Bar Bevy, the restaurant’s discreet lounge, is delectable! Rich reds and blues are masterfully mixed with animal prints, lush velvets, hanging lanterns and brass accents creating a wild and alive Moroccan-inspired atmosphere perfect for a night out. Head to the rooftop for fresh air or make your way to the magical first-floor outdoor garden with a Kobi Karp fountain and Raymond Jungles design.

Although we are all about the delightful interior, the menu is not to be overlooked! Chef Imbert, a favorite of Williams, has created a modern-chic menu filled with local, sustainably-sourced ingredients and exciting combinations sure to make your taste buds dance. Be sure to check out Pharrell’s favorite and the highly-raved about Corn Corn Corn dish, a creamy polenta with popcorn and brown butter, yum!!

And last but certainly not least, Swan Miami and Bar Bevy boast an intriguing cocktail menu. From the tequila, watermelon chili, ginger, and lime Kalahari to the cherry-infused Buffalo Trace bourbon, vanilla, Angostura and chocolate bitters Mon Chéri, Choose your drink is sure to be just as delicious as your cuisine!
