When it comes to Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week less is not more for the runways and couture of top designers. Haute couture is an interesting concept – it is at odds with present times yet one of the few places in the modern luxury industry where fashion can be progressive, innovative, and wearable fantasies. Thus, Haute Couture Fashion Week is where fashion meets art to showcase some of the most beautiful wearable artwork in the world.
The 2019 Paris Haute Couture Runways
Each show was filled with remarkable creativity and breathtaking style. Similarly, along with the beautiful couture came stunning runways. Each designer carefully crafted the perfect backdrop for their collections to be displayed. For instance, Chanel creating a sweeping library at the Grand Palais inspired by a neutral-hues one at the house’s founder’s home on Rue Cambon to Christian Dior’s underground feeling, symbolizing the roots of a tree each runway was unique and inspiring.

Designers like: Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Chanel, Christian Dior. Along with, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Iris Van Herpen, Antonio Grimaldi and more showcased their new designs for their Autumn/Winter 2019/2020 collections in Paris from June 30 to July 4. Regal outfits took over Paris as celebrities and high-end clientele dressed to the nines to attend the shows. Over-the-top gowns, extravagant detail, and unexpected swoon-worthy twists caught the eyes of fashion lovers all over the world.
