Porto Fashion Week
Porto Fashion Week has come to an end but we could not fail to mention this amazing week. It was born in 2013 and it’s a natural evolution of MODtissimo, the only Fabrics and Accessories, Collection and Textiles trade fair in Portugal. We had the opportunity to explore closer this week and our best part was definitely Porto Fashion Week Night Out (PFWNO). PFWNO is a concept late shopping, which means that some shops remain open until 11 pm available to receive their clients. And more! Some brands offer promotions, flash discounts, goodie bags with vouchers, hairstylists and makeup for free!
We also loved the afterparty, in one of the most popular bars, BASE PORTO. It was definitely the most trendy night in Oporto.
The 53 edition of Moda Lisboa is back from October 10 until 13 with the theme “Collective”. This fashion event will be in 4 days and in 5 different places, a must-see for every fashion lover. The collections are going to be presented in normal runway shows, as well as creative presentations and performances. Moda Lisboa starts in Palácio Sinel de Cordes, where they are going to be presented with the Workstation Designers. Nearby, in Mercado de Santa Clara are going to occur the Fashion Talks. From October 11, the fashion show will go to Antigas Oficinas Gerais de Fardamento e Equipamento do Exército to give designers the opportunity to show their amazing collections.

Portugal Fashion is one of the most important fashion events in Portugal. It was created with the aim of giving visibility to Portuguese fashion. Names such as Fátima Lopes, Luis Onofre, Luís Buchinho, Katty Xiomara and many others have been present and continue to be a part of this amazing show. This year will take place, as usual, at Alfândega do Porto from October 23 to 26.
