West Hollywood Luxury Outdoor Living With Amanda Frances

When we think of luxury outdoor living, we often think of the luxurious and extravagant housing in California, specifically Los Angeles. Exclusivity, grandeur, and refinement are all components that accompany the homes in West Hollywood. One particular home not only embodies these components but showcases them in the epitome of luxury while celebrating the splendor of outdoor living. Amanda Frances, author and entrepreneur, was the recent owner of this property, one of the most beautiful in West Hollywood. And while she no longer lives there (as she is now on to renovating her new home, the former Bel Air house of Beverly Hills Housewives star Kyle Richards), she left a beautiful home and fabulously luxurious outdoor living space for the next homeowner.
Meet Amanda Frances

A world-renowned thought leader on financial empowerment Amanda Frances has taken the world by storm. Frances has created a global brand with clients and students spread across 95 countries. Her mission: getting the power of money into the hands of women ready to change the world for the better. This business led Frances to self-made millionaire success. And ultimately to owning this opulent West Hollywood home showcased on season four Netflix’s Selling Sunset.
The Estate
Nestled between Doheny and Robertson Blvd, the fortress is ideally located close to the best Beverly Hills and West Hollywood restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Walls surround the home adding to the element of this luxurious home’s sense of serene privacy. When you walk into the space, the high ceilings draw your eyes up and around the retractable glass walls. This feature opens up the interior of the house. While also allowing occupants to become fully immersed in the sleek and modern design.

When entering the living space you are greeted with a design Frances describes as inspired by her “last single girl house”. We see a neutral collection of furniture accented and elevated with pops of texture in the throw pillows. In her house tour with Open House, Frances explained her reasoning behind her decoration choices. “You’ll notice that while the house is modern, it is also very warm. I added textures via the pillows, blankets, fabrics, and materials the furniture is made out of. Things you want to touch.” Frances concluded by explaining that this is what has made the house of her dreams feel more like home.

Frances spent the last two years renovating this West Hollywood palace into her dream home with the assistance of Brianna Britton at Britton Design Group. From the switch-controlled fireplace to the built-in martini bar, this home is nothing short of a dream. Although the interior of the house is absolutely divine. It is really the outdoor living space that makes this home a step above the rest of West Hollywood.
Luxurious Outdoor Living to Love!
The luxurious outdoor living of Amanda Frances’ house is beyond compare. The indoor living room has a gorgeous glass door element that leads into the carefully decorated outdoor space. Stepping outside is an entrance to a luxurious oasis.

Frances made use of live plants to add a lavish feel to the outdoor space. Palm tree plants provide accents next to the outdoor furniture. These in combination with the greenery lining the side of the pool add a luscious natural component that really elevates the space. This summer, luxury design takes the form of neutrals. Frances and Britton’s designs encapsulate the neutral trend in their renovations and decorations.

The modern circular gold decor on the accent wall in the outdoor cabana ties in with the gold and tan accent furniture within the seating area. This accent wall is such a simple but lavish element in the outdoor living space that pulls it all together.
Recreate this look in your own outdoor living space by creating a one-of-a-kind accent wall. A perfect way to make you feel like you are entering your own luxurious oasis this summer season. A large-scale mirror or multiple mirrors in a gallery are great ways to start creating your very own outdoor luxury cabana space. One of these 10 Wall Art Mirrors to Love from our shop My Object of Desire would make a great statement!
