Minimalist Luxury

Contrasting Elements

A strength of KES Studio is the contrasting of elements, and this living room does just that. The mirrored column and reflective ceiling cover come together with the minimalist furnishings to really bring the space to life.

Contrasting Colors

The primary bedroom uses contrasting black and cream colors throughout most of the room. This makes each piece stand out and allows the black furnishings to create a sensual and calming space. The nightstands and bench are custom-made, pulling all elements together and making the room truly one of a kind.

Creating the Space

The second bedroom of this penthouse home was transformed into a sitting room with a breathtaking wide view of Los Angeles. KES Studio utilizes chrome accents to reflect the natural light and open up the room.

A Stunning Private Oasis

The outdoor terrace of this LA penthouse, which expands 4,267 feet along the rim of the property, is truly the diamond that makes this design project something so special and unique. The space houses two hand-crafted outdoor tables from Italy and chairs made with Kettal’s leather fabric (KES Studio is the first interior design firm to use this fabric for outdoor use!)
