The Padam Hotel: An Elegant Retreat in the Heart of Paris

In the Golden Triangle of Paris, France, lies the Padam Hotel. Named after the famous song of cabaret singer Edith Piaf, the Padam offers an intimate boutique hotel experience. The Love Happens team had the exquisite opportunity to grace its doors, and we departed with unforgettable memories. With its intricate beauty, vibrant views, and commitment to an environmentally friendly future, the Padam Hotel creates a unique Parisian stay.
Parisian Charm with a Twist

Described as a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées, the former apartment building portrays a red-brick facade. The interior of the Padam, however, showcases a retro, art deco atmosphere with a warm, inviting charm. From the elegant wrought iron staircase to the myriad of geometric shapes to the vintage opaline chandelier, the Padam feels like a home away from home. Its authentic nature instantly enthralled us. The interior architecture took inspiration from the Roaring Twenties while maintaining a modern flair, thus creating a beautifully blended Parisian experience.
Padam Hotel’s Sweet Getaway
Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the personalized welcome from the Padam team. The homemade marshmallows in our suite were a sweet gesture that was truly unique, reflecting the hotel’s charm.
Each room and suite provided a cozy escape—the perfect space to relax after exploring the heart of Paris. Large suites take advantage of wood, marble, and stone accents to create the effortless Parisian chic style we all know and love. The king-size beds feature headboards designed by Pierre Frey and Casamance, whereas the Padam’s furniture and decor were handpicked from the famous Saint-Ouen flea market. The bathrooms are luxury at its finest. A walk-in shower paired with toiletries by Anne Semonin and Byca complement each other for a personal-spa experience.

A special highlight of our stay was the adjoining balcony. Enjoying breakfast there while listening to the sounds of Paris and gazing upon its exquisite views was simply unforgettable.
A Commitment to Future Wellness
One of the Padam Hotel’s key features is its dedication to the environment. With a zero-plastic approach, the Padam staff serves drinks and snacks in glass bottles and jars. For every guest who requests not to have their room cleaned during their stay, a tree is planted. This is in partnership with the Hotels for Trees association. To our delight, the Padam has planted 90,000 trees since May 2021.
The hotel’s wine list only consists of vineyards that respect the environment as well. Through organic and biodynamic production, including manual harvesting, these vineyards are able to provide delicious wine without harm to our natural resources.
Luxurious Amenities & Classic Cuisine
Amenities at the Padam include a rejuvenating hammam and a cozy gym filled with Technogym equipment, along with a box bag. A private coach can be provided upon request, which was a lovely gesture that Love Happens appreciated very much.

Though our team did not get the chance to take part in each course of the Edith Restaurant, we did bask in its gourmet flavors during lunch hours. The restaurant extends off of the Padam Hotel’s lobby, acting as a French cuisine oasis. Revisiting French classics in a highly skilled manner, the Edith uses quality foods from local producers. Its tasty poultry is sourced from Ferme avicole des Grands Champs, while Jean-Marie and Jean Sébastien Caillot provide the delicious grey shallots. Our favorite—the delightful fish and shellfish—is all thanks to Thierry Lemetayer.
Why Love Happens at the Padam Hotel
Our Parisian getaway to the Padam Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. It is a destination that seamlessly blends elegance with retro charms, creating an authentic home-away-from-home experience. Whether you wish to indulge in a classic gourmet meal or gaze wistfully into the streets of Paris from your balcony, the Padam will leave a captivating impression. We long to return to its effortless sophistication and revel in what we believe is a retreat of a lifetime.
