Paris Fashion Week 2020: Everything You Need to Know
As you all know, Fashion Weeks are where the industry’s best houses, brands, and designers debut their new collections. And Paris has been for many years an official fashion capital of the world. As the glamorous Paris Fashion Week 2020 begins we wanted to make sure you know everything you need to know!
Paris Fashion Week 2020 Men
I know that usually, women come first, but in this case, Men will sparkle first. From January 14th to 19th, Paris will be all about the boys with 54 fashion houses showing their latest collections. The week will begin with the Chinese brand Sankuanz, followed by the new brand Rhude. Another brand that you’ll see making their first appearance is Botter, a brand lead by Nina Ricci’s creative directors.
Jacquemus left the lavender fields of Southern France behind, and Givenchy has left Florence. So get ready, because they’re returning to Paris.
The big-name luxury fashion houses like Luis Vuitton, Hermes, Dior Men, Valentino, Berluti, Off White, GmbH, Balmain and Lanvin will also be there, and all certainly with incredible collections.
One thing that is going to be different this year, is that Celine decided to show its menswear alongside its womenswear. A noteworthy statement by the brand given the current societal discussions relating to diversity and inclusion!

Haute Couture 2020 Women
To end with the most beautiful creations, the women Haute Couture shows are scheduled for January 20th to 23rd. Three new members have been invited to join this exclusive calendar: the French designer Julie de Libran, creative director of Sonia Rykiel; Rahul Mishra, who has been showing at Paris Fashion Week Women; and the last, but not least, Imana Ayissi, another regular during Paris fashion week.
During these four days of pure fashion and couture, we can’t wait to see the designs of Schiaparelli, Dior, Ralph and Russo, Giambattista Valli (first day); Chanel, Alexandre Vauthier, Givenchy (second day); Elie Saab, Maison Margiela, Valentino, Jean-Paul Gauthier (third day); and on the fourth day, the new brands and designers!
