Located on a sandy beach in Garapan on the west coast of Saipan, Imperial Pacific’s Imperial Palace Saipan offers an ornamental masterpiece of the mystical ocean. A new mecca for VIP gaming, the resort sets an elevated bar for gaming elegance. While the luxury resort is not yet fully open, what is open is innovative and opulent design at its finest. The expected completion date is 2022.

A World Paradise of Gourmet & Events

Offering a rare combination of luxury integrated casinos; five-star luxury accommodations (including private villas!); and a wide range of exclusive dining and entertainment facilities, the Imperial Palace Saipan is set to be a world paradise of gourmet and events!

Once completed, the Imperial Palace Saipan will offer over 20 unique food and beverage concepts. Many of the restaurants will be headed by famous chefs from around the world. Some of whom have never opened overseas. The resort aims to create one of the most concentrated collections of gourmet talent in the world. Thus, in order to leverage this talent further, they also aim to turn Saipan into a premium wedding destination. Dedicated wedding teams will offer very compelling packages drawing on the many attractions of the island and the resort.

The Design

Designed by the industry-leading architectural firm Steelman Partners, an expert in hospitality and entertainment-based projects, Imperial Palace Saipan is decadent work of art to say the very least!

Upon arriving, guests meet a palatial façade treatment reminiscent of Paris’s grand palaces intertwined with a seascape twist. And thus begins the magnificent level of opulence carried through the entire property.

The Grand Lobby

The symbolic encounter of the two crystal dragons in the grand lobby embodies the cultural dichotomy of Chinese and Korean civilizations in Saipan. These dragons serve as a symbol for fortune, status, and wealth in both cultures.

Dubbed The Dragon Chandelier, this one-of-a-kind masterpiece was a collaborative design by Steelman Partners, DSAA Interior Design, and shop 12 Lighting Design. Each crystal dragon, manufactured by Lasvit, measures 100 feet long.
