In a quick-fix-oriented world, the importance of these events continues to rise. They provide ample opportunity for advocacy and fundraising for a plethora of good causes, from cancer research to education.

Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach
February 23rd – March 17th 2024
This year’s 4th annual Palm Beach edition of the Kips Bay Decorator Show House will be at 230 Miramar Way, West Palm Beach. This extraordinary event benefits both the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Clubs and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.

The Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York returned to Manhattan in the Spring of 2024 for its 49th edition. Explore the fabulous house!
Holiday House Hamptons
August 11th – September 8th, 2024
Returning this year for its 6th edition, this summer’s Holiday House Hamptons home will be transformed by 20 of the industry’s top interior designers to raise money for breast cancer research.

St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild Decorators’ Show House, Indianapolis
April 27 – May 12, 2024
The St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild of Indianapolis has raised and donated over $13 million for various health-research endeavors dating back to 1907. The Decorators’ Show House, established in the early ’60s, has played a major role in fundraising for such causes, the latest of which was the Eskenazi Health COVID-19 Crisis Response Fund in 2020. The 2024 Show House will occur at the Sylvan House at Northern Estates in Indianapolis. You can explore it virtually here!
San Francisco Decorator Showcase
April 27th – May 27th 2024
Since 1977, esteemed West Coast designers have used their talents and vision to transform estates and raise over $17 million for the San Francisco University HS Financial Aid Program. This year’s edition will take place at 2898 Broadway, located at the top of the Pacific Heights neighborhood. Commissioned in 1899 by his father, architect Walter D. Bliss designed this magnificent home which exemplifies Dutch Colonial Revival and boasts impressive views of the San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz. 2024 Tulsa Designer Showcase
April 25th – May 19th 2024
The Designer Showcase Home Builders Association is behind this big event in Tulsa this year.
In this edition, the showcase home is around 8,000 square feet and encompasses an entire cul-de-sac at 3701 S. Atlanta Pl., Tulsa. For more information visit here!
Southeastern Designer Showhouse and Gardens 2024
April 18th – May 12th 2024
The talents of top interior designers in the Southeast take center stage in this beloved annual spring showhouse event by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyle magazine. This year’s showhouse is a custom-built residence on Normandy Drive. It’s a transitional home with an airy, sun-drenched setting and classical architecture. The residence’s overall design aesthetic is Streamline Moderne with Art Deco and Art Nouveau influences, while wabi-sabi design characteristics embrace the beauty of imperfection.

Mansion in May
Check back for 2025!
Mansion in May is the signature fundraiser for The Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey. Since 1974 they have raised more than $12 million for the hospital, supporting modernization efforts, training, and expansion of the medical center.

The Junior League of Detroit Designers’ Showhouse 2024
May 4th – May 19th, 2024
Every other year the JLD selects a prominent local estate and curates a phenomenal team of local and national interior designers to transform the home into a Designers’ Show House.
This year’s 25th and final Designers’ Show House is located at 315 Lakeland Avenue in the City of Grosse Pointe. The lovely Tudor home was built in 1929 and designed by renowned architect George D. Mason. The more than 8,000 feet of living space includes features such as a wood-paneled library, terrace room, and beautiful leaded glass windows and doors.
